💵

Did the client pay cash?

Bill total: $0

Confirm amount collected ($)

No cash taken.

This job will be billed $0 and go on the office's invoice list.

Is that right?

That's $0 short of the job.

Job is $0, you took $0.

We'll invoice them the rest.

Agreed something different with them? Tell the office — they'll sort the bill.

Amount taken on card ($)

Card payment taken.

The app won't send an invoice. The card payment you took in GoHighLevel is the bill.

We check the payment shows up in GoHighLevel. If it doesn't within 2 hours, the office is told.

How did you leave it?

This goes straight onto the customer's file so the office knows where it stands.
